Vik Kapoor

Vik Kapoor, Esq., PCC is an experienced professional in training and development, conflict resolution, and leadership coaching, currently serving as a Training and Development Officer at FEMA and as President of Extra-M Coaching and Consulting. Previously, Vik Kapoor held roles as Ombuds at both the U.S. Department of the Interior and FEMA, as well as serving as a consultant for the United Nations' Respectful Workplace Facilitators Programme. With a legal education from Georgetown University Law Center and a certificate in Trauma and Recovery from Harvard University, Vik Kapoor combines legal expertise with a strong focus on organizational development and leadership coaching.
