Andy Dodge

Andy Dodge currently serves as the Director of the Office of Electric Reliability at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, where responsibilities include providing vision and leadership in policies and programs aimed at enhancing the reliability of the U.S. electric system. Prior experience includes roles such as Chief Engineer at the Maryland Public Service Commission, overseeing utility operations, and various vice president positions at Baltimore Gas & Electric Company, leading electric system operations, planning, and a significant capital projects portfolio. Dodge has also contributed as a Board Member for Carroll County Human Services Programs since 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, alongside being a Licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland.
