Astrid Kirstin Rapp

Astrid Kirstin Rapp has extensive experience in the energy sector and ski instruction. Currently serving as a Seasonal Part-Time Ski Instructor at Liberty Mountain Resort since January 2016, Astrid focuses on evaluating client goals and delivering tailored lessons with an annual teaching commitment of 60-100 hours for beginner to intermediate levels. As an Energy Industry Analyst at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission since June 2004, Astrid specializes in surveillance, compliance, market oversight, and data analysis within electric and natural gas markets. Prior roles include Manager of the Power & Financial Services Group and Senior Analyst at Pace Global Energy Services, where Astrid directed project teams and coordinated complex quantitative analyses. Astrid holds a Bachelor of Science in Policy and Management with a minor in Technology and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, completed in 1997, and attended Westover School from 1987 to 1991.
