Mwaya Ngandwe

Mwaya Ngandwe has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. They started their career as a Site Engineer at Gabriel Couto Zambia in 2017, where they worked until May 2018. Following that, they joined Gabriel Couto construction as a Site Engineer from November 2017 to May 2018. From May 2018 to January 2021, Mwaya worked as an Assistant Resident Engineer at Seureca veolia. Currently, they are serving as a Project Manager at Federal Engineering, Inc, starting from March 2022.

Mwaya Ngandwe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Kolej Universiti Linton, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. They further pursued their education and earned a Master's degree in Engineering (MEng) with a specialization in Civil Engineering from IUKL between 2015 and 2017.
