Aaron Smith, CCP, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in compensation and benefits. Currently serving as AVP of Compensation & Benefits at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago since October 2003, Aaron Smith is responsible for researching, designing, and managing various benefits programs, while also overseeing employee compensation and incentive programs in alignment with market trends. Previously, Aaron Smith held the role of Corporate Staffing Manager at SEI Information Technology, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and managing the hiring process across multiple locations.
