Erin J. Hunter has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Bank Operations at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago since 2004, where responsibilities include ensuring successful mortgage service eligibility in the secondary market and leading initiatives to enhance staff technical and leadership skills. Previously, Erin held various roles, including Vice President, Senior Director of Member Solutions & Administration, where strategies were developed to boost member engagement, and Assistant Vice President of Quantitative Analysis, focusing on financial modeling and trade desk report accuracy. Additionally, Erin co-led a Women's Employee Resource Group aimed at improving family leave policies, positively impacting employee satisfaction.
