John Stocchetti

EVP - Mortgage Partnership Finance (mpf) Program at Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago

John Stocchetti has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. John began their career at Continental Bank in 1978, where they held various positions in Controllers, Trust, and Capital Markets, eventually becoming the Managing Director of Derivative Products. From 1995 to 1997, they worked at NationsBank-CRT as the SVP of Global Interest Rate Derivatives Operations, responsible for managing middle-office and back-office staff and coordinating with control areas of the bank. John then joined Learning Insights in 1997, where they took on roles such as CFO, SVP of Sales & Marketing, SVP of Operations and Product Management, and eventually the Chief Executive Officer. After that, they worked at Ritchie Capital Management as the Chief Financial Officer and later as the Director of Business Development. From 2006 to 2013, they were employed by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, serving as the SVP of Premier Group for two years and then as the EVP of Products, Operations, and Technology for six years. Since 2014, they have held the position of EVP of Mortgage Partnership Finance (MPF) Program at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago.

John Stocchetti completed their undergraduate education at the University of Illinois Chicago from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics. John then attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1979 to 1984, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
