Leonardo Mazzei has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of communications and sustainability. Leonardo started their career at The World Bank as a Communications Officer, where they spearheaded the expansion of the division in West Africa and developed regional and global opinion polls. Leonardo then became a Senior Communications Officer, leading multi-stakeholder engagement projects and devising a digital platform for stakeholder dialogue on the World Bank Group Energy Strategy.

Mazzei later joined the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) as a Private Finance Senior Strategy and Communications Officer. Leonardo played a key role in overhauling shareholders' reporting, designing fundraising pitches, and creating the iconic IDB private sector brand identity.
