Romulo L. Diaz Jr.

Romulo Diaz Jr is an experienced leader with extensive expertise in law, regulatory affairs, and organizational management. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh, Diaz also holds positions as Principal at Turtle On Post, LLC, and Advisory Board Member at PBJ Marketing. Previously, Diaz held significant roles at PECO, including Vice President and General Counsel, where oversight led to the recovery of substantial annual power supply costs. With a legal background as City Solicitor for Philadelphia, and roles at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy, Diaz has demonstrated a commitment to navigating complex challenges and promoting innovative solutions. Diaz earned a Doctor of Law from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
