Jennifer Schachterle

Jennifer Schachterle has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, starting with their role at US Bank as a Warehouse Lending professional from 1990 to 2000. Jennifer then joined Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc./Aurora Loan Services where they served as the Vice President of Counterparty Approval and Monitoring from 2000 to 2005. Jennifer then moved on to Bank of America as a Senior Vice President and Credit Risk Management Executive from 2006 to 2011. Jennifer further expanded their career at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, where they held the position of Director of Counterparty Risk from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they joined Comerica Bank as a Senior Vice President and Warehouse Lending Relationship Manager from 2014 to 2019. During this time, Jennifer managed a portfolio of mortgage banking clients in the western region of the U.S. and offered customized solutions as the industry evolved. From 2019 to 2023, they worked with Western Alliance Bank as the SVP Warehouse Lending Regional Sales Director, fulfilling similar responsibilities. Jennifer is currently employed as the SVP of Sales & Business Development at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. In addition, they have served as a Board Member for the California MBA since 2019.
