Christopher Messer

Christopher Messer, PMP, is an accomplished Principal Program Manager at Federal IT Consulting (FEDITC), leading critical programs such as the Executive Airlift Communications Network, Army Training Information System Enterprise Management System, and Navy Maintenance and Ship Work Planning. With extensive experience in program management across various organizations, including Trowbridge & Trowbridge, LLC, Sawdey Solution Services, and TKC Global, Christopher has demonstrated expertise in systems engineering and IT service management. A former Senior Program Manager for the Air Force Network Operations, Christopher has significant military experience, establishing the Air Force Enterprise IT Service Desk and directing numerous initiatives involving substantial budgets and personnel oversight. Christopher holds a B.S. in Information Technology Management from American Military University and multiple A.A.S. degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
