Charles Cambridge

Charles Cambridge is a distinguished academic and practitioner in the fields of Industrial Relations and Management. Currently serving as Professor Emeritus at California State University, Chico since January 2016, Charles has extensive teaching and research experience in areas such as International Management, Organizational Management, and Negotiation Techniques for Conflict Resolution. In addition to academic roles, Charles has been a Member of the Panel of Arbitrators for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service since June 2003, facilitating arbitration in various sectors across the United States. As President of Productivity Management Associates, Inc. since January 1990, Charles provides management consulting services focused on organizational development and change management across diverse industries. Charles holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Macalester College.
