Jean Moran

Jean Moran, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in benefits management and administration. Jean most recently served as the SVP of Health and Welfare at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Prior to that, they held positions as the VP of Health and Welfare at the Federal Reserve System, Director of Benefits at Selective Insurance, Benefit Plans Analyst at Mars, and Assistant Benefits Manager at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Throughout their career, Jean has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing benefit programs, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Jean has also provided leadership and guidance to benefits teams.

Jean Moran, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Jean is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, they hold the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) obtained in 2020 from SHRM.
