Latoya Jackson has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and project management. Latoya started their career as an Initial Loss Reporting Associate at State Farm, where they excelled in customer service and led projects to enhance the customer experience. Latoya later became a Business Analyst at State Farm, working cross-functionally with different departments to improve customer insights and compliance initiatives.

Afterwards, Latoya joined Equifax as a Business Analyst in Cyber Security, where they led projects to identify and reduce global risks, and monitored compliance and fraud trends. Latoya then moved to Capital One as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, specializing in Retail Bank Cyber Security. There, they served as a Cyber Risk Business Analyst, overseeing and monitoring data sharing risks and collaborating with stakeholders to establish project objectives.

Currently, Latoya is working at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta as a Lead Information Technology Project Analyst, where they lead and guides technical staff, serves as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects, and manages information technology projects. Throughout their career, Latoya has demonstrated strong analytical and leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

From 2012 to 2015, Latoya Jackson attended Georgia State University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice.
