Leslie Sheng Shen

Leslie Sheng Shen is a highly experienced economist with a current position as Principal Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston since June 2022 and additionally holds a role as Visiting Faculty at Harvard University. Prior roles include Senior Economist and Financial Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and a tenure at the Federal Reserve Board as an Economist from August 2019 to June 2022. Leslie has contributed to academic research as a Visiting Scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology since February 2020, and previously served as a Graduate Student Instructor and Researcher at UC Berkeley while earning a Ph.D. in Economics.
