Adam Carpenter possesses extensive experience in innovation and design strategy, currently serving at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago within the Innovation Office since June 2019. Previously, Adam held various roles at Accenture from April 2007 to June 2019, including Design Thinking lead where a focus was placed on user engagement to address pain points and align user needs with business goals. Adam managed the Innovation Lab Product Manager position, leading a global team to implement human-centered product concepts using Design Thinking principles. Adam also has experience in HR programs and equity operations at Accenture. As a mentor at the Chicago Scholars Foundation from May 2014 to 2017, Adam contributed to the development of others. Academic achievements include a BS in Finance from Iowa State University, and multiple certifications in Design Thinking and Product Management from institutions such as Fjord, LUMA Institute, and General Assembly.
