Jamie Shaw Markus

Jamie Shaw Markus currently serves as a Senior Talent Management Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jamie was the Executive Director of Career Programs and Employer Relations at Dominican University from August 2016 to April 2024, where notable achievements included receiving the 2023 NACE Career Services Excellence Award and the CEIA Best Practices Award. Jamie oversaw all aspects of the university’s career development initiatives, managed a team, and collaborated closely with various stakeholders to enhance career services. Jamie also held roles at Columbia College Chicago, Elgin Community College, and has valuable experience as a head coach for women's soccer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University, and an Associate of Arts from Elgin Community College.
