Sheena Harding

Sheena Harding is an experienced ITS Operations Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, serving since July 2011. In this role, Sheena oversees critical units including Change and Configuration Management. Previous positions at the same institution include Senior Change and Configuration Analyst and Project Analyst, contributing to high-priority IT projects for the Federal Reserve System. Sheena began their career in various roles, such as an intern in the IT Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, as well as working in customer service and stocking positions at companies like Foxy's Fitness for Women and Wal-Mart. Sheena holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
