Rebecca Robinson CCDP AP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Rebecca currently holds the position of Vice President, CDO, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion OMWI at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, where they have been working since 2018. Rebecca'sprevious roles at the bank include Assistant OMWI Director, Diversity Officer, Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Before joining the Federal Reserve Bank, Rebecca worked as the Global Diversity & Inclusion Leader at @InclusionCoach from 2018 onwards. Rebecca also served as an Executive Board Member at the Minneapolis Urban League since 2006 and as a Committee Member at the Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity since 2005.

Rebecca has experience in the corporate sector as well. Rebecca worked as a Sr. HR Consultant, Diversity, Inclusion at Capital One from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Manager, Inclusion & Diversity at TE Connectivity from 2014 to 2017. Rebecca also worked at 3M as part of the Office of Diversity & Inclusion from 2011 to 2012.

Additionally, Rebecca has worked as an Owner and Diversity & Inclusion Consultant at Life Transformations, LLC from 2008 to 2011. Rebecca held leadership roles at RBC Wealth Management as VP, Senior Manager of Diversity & Inclusion from 2005 to 2010, and at RBC Dain Rauscher as VP, Senior Manager of Diversity Initiatives from 2005 to 2008.
