Ryotaro Tashiro is an accomplished economist with extensive experience in outreach and research. Currently serving as an Outreach Economist and Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since June 2016, Tashiro has delivered over 350 presentations on regional and national economic conditions. Prior to this role, Tashiro held various positions at Bloomberg LP from January 2012 to June 2016, including Senior Business Analyst, where notable achievements included managing a large-scale project on equity data quality and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Japanese. Tashiro's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kenyon College, complemented by teaching and research assistant roles in both institutions, as well as experience in language instruction and data analysis during earlier engagements.
