Kelli Moriarty-Finn

Kelli Moriarty-Finn is an experienced professional in project management and portfolio delivery, currently serving as the Portfolio Delivery Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kelli was a Team Lead and Certified Scrum Master at Empower Retirement and held the position of Senior Project Manager at Invesco Aim for over a decade. Kelli began the career as a Client Relationship Specialist at Eagle Investment Systems and earlier worked as a Business Analyst and Pre-Sales Engineer at SS&C Technologies. Kelli holds a degree from Wheaton College Massachusetts, completed in 1991.
