Anitha T. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Anitha began their career as a Software Engineer at Nishan Systems in 2000 and later worked as a Systems Analyst at Accenture/Ebay from 2003 to 2005. Anitha joined McClatchy Interactive as a Sr. Software Engineer in 2006 and then moved to KRD as a Sr. Software Engineer from 2005 to 2007. Anitha then worked at Avaya as a Member of Technical Staff from 2007 to 2009. Anitha'smost recent role was at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where they initially served as a Lead Data Engineer from 2009, overseeing the design and implementation of various projects. Anitha eventually became the Principal Data Architect, leading the development and execution of a comprehensive enterprise data strategy aligned with business objectives. Anitha's expertise includes AWS cloud native services, data platform architecture and design, and infrastructure automation. Anitha has also played a key role in implementing federated data platforms and championing data mesh principles within organizations to improve data collaboration and accessibility while maintaining data security and quality.
