Early Elias

Early Elias possesses extensive experience in analytics and policy analysis, currently serving as Manager of Analytics + Innovation in District Cash Support at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since April 2019. Previously, Early held various roles within the same institution, including Lead Policy Analyst and Senior Policy Analyst in Data & Policy. Prior to rejoining the Federal Reserve, Early was a Business Partner for Sales Strategy & Operations at DocuSign. Early's career began with a foundational role as a Business Analyst in the Cash Product Office and includes research positions at both the Political Science and Economics Departments at UC Davis. Early holds a BA in Economics, Statistics, and Political Science from the University of California, Davis, graduating with high honors.
