Marta Chaffee

Marta Chaffee is the Senior Associate Director at the Federal Reserve. Marta has held various positions at the Federal Reserve Board, US Securities and Exchange Commission, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Marta Chaffee began their career as a Financial Markets Analyst at the US Government Accountability Office in August 2004. Marta then joined the US Securities and Exchange Commission in November 2007 as an Examiner for Consolidated Supervised Entities. In June 2010, they were promoted to Branch Chief and then Assistant Director in August 2011.

In April 2015, Marta Chaffee left the US Securities and Exchange Commission to join the Federal Reserve Board as an Advisor. In March 2016, they were promoted to Assistant Director. Marta remained in this position until August 2016 when they were promoted to their current role as Senior Associate Director.

Marta Chaffee has a MPP from University of Michigan and a BA from Occidental College, both in public policy.
