Nicole Bynum

Deputy Director at Federal Reserve

Nicole Bynum is currently the Deputy Director at the Federal Reserve. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Office of Financial Research from February 2013 to September 2016. Prior to their work at the US Department of the Treasury, Nicole served as the Director of Regulatory Reporting at Fannie Mae from May 2006 to February 2009. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Powell Goldstein LLP from January 2006 to December 2006. Nicole began their career in 1995 as the Ethics Director at MCI, where they worked until December 2006.

Nicole Bynum has a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.S. in Psychology from Georgetown University.
