Dylan Wolin

Dylan Wolin serves as Vice President of Strategic & Corporate Development, Treasurer, and Investor Relations at AAR since April 2017. Prior to this role, Dylan held the title of Director of Corporate Development at The Boeing Company from March 2008 to March 2017, where leadership was provided for company-wide mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic development activities, along with previous experience as Sr. Manager for the defense business. Dylan's career also includes a Vice President position in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank, focusing on M&A and financing for industrial clients, and Associate roles at McManus & Miles, specializing in M&A advisory and private placements. Earlier experience includes an Analyst role in economic consulting for energy clients at Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett. Dylan holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Tufts University.
