Zeeshan Usmani

Zeeshan Usmani has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Zeeshan started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup in 2006, where they gained experience in executing M&A and Equity Capital Markets transactions. Zeeshan then moved on to Samba Capital & Investment Management Company, where they worked as a Senior Investment Banking Associate and managed deal execution across various industries.

In 2012, Zeeshan joined Mead Johnson Nutrition as an intern in Strategic Finance & Business Development. Zeeshan later took on roles such as Manager of M&A and Competitive Intelligence, Finance Manager for Global Research & Development, and Manager of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis. During their time at Mead Johnson Nutrition, Zeeshan was responsible for financial planning, analysis, and support for R&D initiatives, as well as M&A activities and competitive intelligence.

Zeeshan joined Federal Signal Corporation in 2016 as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Zeeshan later served as the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and the Senior Director of M&A and Operations Strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Corporate Development at Federal Signal Corporation.

Zeeshan Usmani completed their education in a chronological manner. Zeeshan began their academic journey in 2000 at Karachi Grammar School, where they obtained their A Levels. Following that, from 2002 to 2006, they attended the Institute of Business Administration, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Zeeshan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. During their MBA program, they concentrated their studies in Finance, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship.
