Alison Watson

Alison Watson is a highly experienced professional in financial crime compliance, currently serving as the Head of Financial Crime Compliance at Federated Hermes since April 2021. Prior to this role, Alison held the position of MLRO at Wyelands Bank for a brief period in March to April 2021. For nearly nine years, Alison worked at AXA Investment Managers as MLRO and Senior Financial Crime Compliance Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as MLRO and Vice President at State Street, Vice President in the Anti Financial Crime Unit at Northern Trust Asset Management, and Compliance Manager and Deputy MLRO at M&G Investments, where Alison began a long tenure in the compliance sector in September 1982.
