Kim Biondi

Kim Biondi is a seasoned care coordinator with experience in promoting health and providing comprehensive support to individuals with severe mental illness and chronic health conditions at the Federation of Organizations since May 2016. Prior to this role, Kim served as a crisis counselor at THE SAFE CENTER LI, addressing the urgent needs of domestic violence and sexual assault victims. Kim's early career included managerial responsibilities in international adoption at WIDE HORIZONS FOR CHILDREN and administrative tasks at Lloyd Staffing, alongside roles as a social work assistant and intern focusing on treatment planning and community needs assessment. Kim holds a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in public health from Stony Brook University and is a licensed master's social worker in New York. Academic foundations were established with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Journalism from St. John Fisher University.
