Kyle Farmer

Kyle Farmer, CAE, currently serves as the Director of Examinations and Innovation at the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards since January 2024. Previously, Kyle was the Executive Director of the Missouri State Teachers Foundation from June 2019 to January 2024, and held the position of Senior Staff Attorney at the Missouri State Teachers Association from June 2010 to January 2024, where responsibilities included representing public school employees in legal disputes and coordinating professional development programs. Prior experience includes serving as Director of School Law at the Missouri School Boards' Association, Legislative Analyst for the Missouri Public School Retirement Systems, and Coordinator of Governmental Relations at the same association. Kyle holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Education degree, also from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
