Fabio Santoro is the current Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer at Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio. Fabio has extensive experience in the field of marketing and audiovisual rights, having worked in various positions related to these fields for over 20 years.

Santoro began their career in 1997 as a Research Department Project Manager for Lega Calcio, the Italian Football League. In 2003, they were promoted to Vicesecretary and Marketing Director, a position they held for seven years. In 2010, Santoro left Lega Calcio to join Serie A as their Marketing and Audiovisual Rights Director. Fabio held this position for nine years before moving to their current role at Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio.

Santoro has played a vital role in the growth and development of Italian football over the past two decades. Their experience and expertise have helped make Italian football one of the most popular sports leagues in the world.

Fabio Santoro has a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Luiss Guido Carli University and a Postgraduate Degree in Sport from UNIRSM - Università degli studi della Repubblica di San Marino.
