Sivan Levi

Sivan Levi is an experienced professional in the customer care and retail management sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Care Manager at FedEx since September 2018, Sivan has also held the positions of Account Executive Team Lead and Sales Account Executive within the company. Prior to FedEx, Sivan worked at IL MAKIAGE as a Store Manager from 2016 to 2018 and was a Store Manager at Herstyler Oy from 2010 to 2012. Sivan's foundational experience includes serving as an IDF Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from 2007 to 2010.
