Monica Magrì

Monica joined Fedrigoni in 2019 having previously served as HR Director at the Cerved Group. Before that Monica was Head of HR for Europe at AllianzGI, from 2007 to 2011 Head of HR for Western Europe and International Distribution at Pioneer Investments (the UniCredit Group). Monica was also Head of HR Management Services with Ferrero International and started her HR career at the SIFI Group as Director of HR and Communications. Monica has a significant experience in running large-scale transformation programs during times of change.

Monica holds a Diploma in Ontological Coaching from Newfield Network (US) and she is a certified Executive Coach with Newfield Certified Coach™ as well as with the International Coaching Federation. She also attended the Executive Team Coaching Program at Ashridge Business School in the UK.

Monica also holds a degree in Political Science from the University in Catania and a Master degree from the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium).
