Pepe Verde

Pepe Verde has extensive experience in the music industry, spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 1996 as a Record Store Manager at Globo Records, Pepe managed day-to-day operations, customer service, and software/hardware installations. In 2001, they worked as a Promotion Assistant at Mastertrax, organizing promo mailouts and improving the promo database.

From 2002 to 2009, Pepe worked at PIAS in Spain, starting as a Promotion Coordinator and eventually becoming a Product Manager and Head of Customer Relations for Digital. Pepe managed international labels, coordinated with distributed labels for campaigns and budgets, and worked on successful campaigns for artists like Oasis, Moby, and Arctic Monkeys.

From 2010 to 2012, Pepe worked as a Freelance Business Development Consultant at Independent Distribution Collective, collaborating with Spanish independent labels for tour production and providing translation services.

Pepe joined Pulselocker in 2012, which was later acquired by Beatport.com. Pepe held multiple roles during their time there, including Publishing and Label Relations Coordinator, Account Manager for Content, and eventually, Head of Music. Pepe managed teams, cultivated relationships with major labels and indies, and designed and implemented content management systems.

In 2018, Pepe worked briefly as a Music Curator at SoundCloud, focusing on curating music content. Pepe then joined Regalias Digitales LLC in 2019 as a YouTube Claims Specialist, reviewing the company's catalog and manually claiming assets using YouTube Content ID.

Currently, Pepe is working at Feed Media Group as the Director of Content Operations, overseeing onboarding, ingestion, data analysis, and licensing strategy.

Throughout their career, Pepe has demonstrated skills in project management, partnerships, team leadership, content management, customer support, and data analysis.

Pepe Verde attended the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1986 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science, specifically a Licenciado en Informática. Prior to their university education, Pepe Verde attended Colegio La Salle San Ildefonso, although specific details about the degree or field of study are unavailable.
