Amy Beros has extensive work experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on fundraising and development. Amy is currently Vice President, Strategic Capacity Development at Feeding America since 2019, where they previously held the role of Sr. Director, Network Fundraising & Strategic Services. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Development at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC from 2016 to 2019, and as the Capital Campaign Director and Major Gifts Officer from 2014 to 2016. Amy also has experience as the Director of Development at Inter-Faith Food Shuttle from 2013 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Amy worked as the Director of Corporate Relations at Easter Seals UCP North Carolina & Virginia from 2009 to 2013. Amy also held positions as Director of Special Events at Pillars Community Health from 2007 to 2009, Licensed Personal Banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2006, Sales Coordinator at Sun Life Financial in 2005, and Purchasing Manager at BWI Companies, Inc. from 2003 to 2005.

Amy Beros holds an MBA from DePaul University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Amy'sMBA has a dual concentration in Behavioral Finance and Operations Management. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Clemson University, earning a BS in Marketing from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Amy Beros has pursued additional certifications, including "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Managers Edition" from Traliant in 2023 and being "Dare to Lead Trained" from Dare to Lead™ Trained in 2020. Amy is also a candidate for an Organizational Behavior Certificate from the Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
