Shawn P. O'Grady

Shawn O'Grady is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for Revolution Foods and a Program Director for The Conference Board's COO Council, Shawn also holds the position of Board Chair at Feeding America and has contributed significantly to Phillips Distilling Company as a member of the Board of Directors and previous Board Chair. A long tenure at General Mills spanned over three decades, where Shawn held multiple senior leadership roles including SVP and President of North America Foodservice and contributed to the General Mills Foundation. An active participant in key organizations, Shawn served on the Board of Directors for the Women's Foodservice Forum and Second Harvest Heartland, also holding leadership roles in various committees. Shawn's academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
