As the Director for Continuous Improvement, Leah's goal is to ensure excellence and efficiency in the different processes within the company and promote outstanding customer service. She has more than 10 years of experience in training and quality assurance in the IT business process outsourcing industry. She is an advocate of change and Going for the Gap. She also believes in the importance of Knowing Thyself, understanding the part you play in the company and how it affects others. Knowing this instills a sense of accountability and motivates her to do her best.
Leah obtained her Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from Manila, Philippines, where she is originally from. She loves musical theater and binges on Korean TV shows to relax and unwind. She also likes traveling since it allows her to experience different cultures, while discovering and enjoying different kinds of food.
