Vicki Daruvalla has a diverse work experience ranging from 2007 to the present. Vicki started their career as a Security Supervisor at Recruit Event Services from February 2007 to September 2009. Vicki then worked at BAM Agency, starting as an Account Manager from September 2009 to April 2011, followed by a promotion to Senior Account Manager from April 2011 to November 2012. In their next role as Media Relations Manager from November 2012 to December 2013, Vicki managed a team, developed processes, and project managed the development of internal systems. Vicki then became the Director at BAM Agency from January 2014 to February 2015, where they played a leading role in shaping the company's strategic direction and received accolades for being a "Great Place to Work." Since February 2015, Vicki has been the Head of Customer Success at Feefo, a company that helps consumers and businesses make informed decisions by providing verified customer feedback.
