Amy Louise Allen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amy Louise began their career in 2002 at H&M as a Senior Retail Assistant, where they developed excellent customer service and presentation skills. After that, they worked as a Bar Assistant at The O-Bar and later as a Bar Supervisor at The Western pub, where they gained experience in managing and supervising bar operations.

In 2008, Amy joined British Gas as a Customer Services Adviser, where they provided high-quality customer service and developed strong communication skills. Amy Louise then worked at Groupon UK & IE as a Customer Service representative, addressing and resolving customer queries and maintaining customer records.

From 2014 to 2018, Amy worked at London School of Business & Finance (LSBF) as a Student Recruitment Consultant, where they helped recruit students for online courses and assisted in booking open days from generated leads.

In 2018, Amy joined Transport for London, initially as a Software Programmer, where they wrote professional code and followed best practices for software development. Currently, Amy is working as an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer at Feeld, a remote startup. Amy Louise collaborates with a small DevOps team, managing deployments, database migrations, and implementing new tools to increase productivity and speed.
