Leng Youbin

Leng Youbin is an executive director, chairman and chief executive officer of the Company. He has over 30 years of experience in the dairy industry. Mr. Leng has served as a director, chairman and chief executive officer of the Company since January 2013, and was re-designated as an executive director in April 2017. Since December 2020, he has served as a non-executive director of YST. Leng has been a director of Vitamin World USA since December 2017 and an executive director of Feihe (Gannan) since March 2006. He has been a director of Heilongjiang Feihe since August 1996, during which time, he also served as the general manager of Heilongjiang Feihe from August 1996 to March 2020, and From December 1999 to December 2001, he also served as the deputy director of Zhaoguang Farm. Before that, he worked in Zhaoguang Dairy from March 1987 to May 1993.

Mr. Leng has received various honors and awards. He has successively won titles such as "Ten Outstanding Technological Figures in China's Dairy Processing Industry", "Outstanding Entrepreneur" in China's Dairy Industry and "Excellent Leader in Informationization of National Light Industry Enterprises". He was also awarded the "National May 1st Labor Medal" in 2012, the "National Model Worker" in 2015, and the "2018 China Economic Person of the Year" and the "National Poverty Alleviation Award" in 2018 Contribution Award", "Innovative Talents of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2018", "100 Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs in the 40 Years of Reform and Opening Up", "The 5th National Non-public Economic Personage Outstanding Builder of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics" and other honors. Mr. Leng was selected into the fourth batch of "Ten Thousand People Project", and was awarded the "Commemorative Medal for Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China" awarded by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ("CCP Central"), the State Council and the Central Military Commission, and was awarded the "National Fight against New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic "Advanced Individual", and was selected as the "Star of Integrity" jointly issued by the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the National Development and Reform Commission in 2020. Mr. Leng is a representative of the Thirteenth National People's Congress. Mr. Leng is currently the vice-chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (a private chamber of commerce in China) and the vice-chairman of the Heilongjiang Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce.

He graduated from Northeast Agricultural University (located in Heilongjiang, the PRC) through a correspondence course in July 1995 and obtained an executive master’s degree in business administration from Peking University School of Economics (located in Beijing, the PRC) in July 2002 and In July 2007, he obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University (located in Beijing, China). Leng was certified as a dairy product engineer by the Personnel Department of Heilongjiang Province in September 1999.
