Joel West

Joel West has extensive experience in sales management, currently serving as the Commercial Sales Manager at FEIN Power Tools Inc. since January 2019, where responsibilities include mentoring and managing the field sales team to enhance sales growth. Prior to this role, Joel held various positions at ITW Paslode from August 2003 to November 2018, including Regional Sales Manager, where success was achieved in turning around underperforming sales regions and growing market share. Joel also demonstrated leadership as the Trade Focus Sales Trainer, contributing to significant revenue and margin growth.
