Valeria Christensen

Valeria Christensen has extensive experience in physical therapy and education, currently serving as the Department Chair and Program Director at Cerritos College, a position held since August 2010, while also fulfilling roles as Director of Clinical Education and Instructor for the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Additionally, Valeria works as an independent contractor physical therapist at FeldCare Connects since October 2017 and has been involved with IACCC as a member and secretary since 2010. Previous roles include independent contractor positions at Sunrise Rehab and Fit N Free Physical Therapy, along with significant leadership experience as Director of Physical Therapy and various clinical roles at Citrus Valley Health Partners from 1999 to 2009. Valeria holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, both from the University of Southern California.
