Shari Fey Phr

Shari Fey has a range of work experience in the field of HR. Shari began their career as an HR Intern at CME Group in 2008. Shari then worked as an HR Coordinator at Pearson for a few months in 2009. After that, Fey joined Feldco Windows, Siding, Doors and Roofing as an HR Manager, a role they held from April 2009 until January 2019. Shari was then promoted to the position of HR Director at the same company, where they currently work.

Shari Fey, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Illinois State University. Shari has also obtained several certifications in the field of Human Resources, including a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in August 2009, and a SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in August 2015. Additionally, Shari recently completed an online course on HR Management and Analytics titled "Unlock the Value of Human Capital" from Wharton Online in May 2022.
