Shari Dunn Krueger

Shari Dunn Krueger has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shari currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Felix, where they are dedicated to helping company leaders build a strong bench of internal talent and providing innovative solutions for growth and development. Since 2013, they have also served on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish North Texas. In 2014, they founded their own company, Krueger Connect, where they worked as a principal and provided executive advisory support to CEO Michael Wilson. Shari has also been a guest lecturer at Southern Methodist University and Morehouse College. Additionally, they have experience as an Independent Contractor at the George W. Bush Presidential Center and served as the Deputy Director of Outreach for the U.S. Senate Campaign at Texans for Tom Leppert. Earlier in their career, they were the Sr. Vice President of Business Development at Lee Hecht Harrison and DBM, a human capital consulting firm, where they led high-performance teams and ensured exceptional account management. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Manager at ExecuTrain.

Shari Dunn Krueger holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Secondary Education from Bob Jones University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications. In June 2014, they became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach through Gallup. More recently, in December 2021, they obtained certification as a Certified Trainer in the 4 Stages of Psychological Safety from LeaderFactor.
