Alex McGauley

Alex McGauley, MA, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various HR roles at FOCUS Catholic. They have a strong background in employee relations, policy implementation, and recruitment strategies. Prior to their HR roles, they worked as a Theology Teacher at Holy Cross High School and as a Seminarian at the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources.
