Mark Weems has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2001 as the Director of Marketing Operations at Beverage Partners Worldwide. In 2004, they joined The Coca-Cola Company as the Senior Marketing Operations Manager for Coca-Cola Trademark Brands. Mark then took on various roles within the company, including Director of Global Commercialization for Premium Brewed Beverages and Director of Brewed Beverages for Europe, North America, and Latin America. During their time at Coca-Cola, Mark provided leadership, developed strategic business plans, and strengthened relationships with stakeholders. In 2020, they became the Principal of their own consulting firm, Weems Global Consulting, LLC, where they offer tailored services and solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Mark also serves as the Director of Community Sports at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Mark Weems holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Finance from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Mark also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the same institution. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mark has acquired certifications in "Learning Salesforce" from LinkedIn in 2020 and "Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization" from LinkedIn in 2019.
