Jacqueline Baron, LGSW has a diverse work experience. Jacqueline began their career in 2011 as a Residential Advisor at Fisher Hassenfeld College House. In 2012, they were a Research Assistant at Dr. Adrian Raine's Hormone Lab. In 2013, they were an English Language Arts Teacher at SJ Davis Middle School and a Corps Member at Teach For America. In 2016, they were a Youth Care Worker at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, a Clinical Social Work Intern at Juvenile Protective Association (JPA), and a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at FELOH: For Everyone's Love of Hair + Beauty. In 2017, they were a Social Work Intern at Perspectives Charter Schools. Finally, in 2018, they were a Founding Social Worker and Founding Humanities Teacher at Digital Pioneers Academy. In these roles, they provided Behavioral Support Services, implemented high leverage instructional moves, founded a staff wellness program, conducted individual and small group therapy, created research-based social-emotional lessons, advocated for youth, evaluated programing, facilitated psychosocial classroom and small groups, maintained accurate client documentation, interacted and engaged with members and prospective members, facilitated member to member engagement, handled member requests and questions, facilitated conflict resolution, and inspired students to develop critical language art skills.

Jacqueline Baron, LGSW earned their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013. Jacqueline then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago in 2018.
