Dominique Wiersma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they worked as a Reservations Agent at NH Atlantic Den Haag. From 2014 to 2014, they served as a Duty Manager at Kurhula Wildlife Lodge. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Kitchen Assistant at Rosa Spier Huis, where they also assisted with hosting events and serving guests. At Hotel Roemer, they held the role of F&B Employee from 2017 to 2018, and later became a Supervisor from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Deliveroo as a Partner Service Employee before moving to felyx. At felyx, Dominique's roles have included Customer Service Agent, Customer Service Lead, Customer Service Training & QA Manager, and currently, they are the Global Customer Service Manager.
Dominique Wiersma attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Propedeuse degree in Hospitality and Business. In 2010, they also studied at Academia Tica, focusing on basic Spanish language skills. Prior to their university education, from 2005 to 2010, Dominique attended Erfgooiers College Huizen, where they completed their Havo, which stands for Higher General Secondary Education, providing a broad academic background.
