Sharleen Ernster

Sharleen Ernster has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Sharleen is the Founder and CEO of We Are HAH, a sustainable lingerie, swim, and sleepwear brand. Sharleen has also been a member of The Female Founder Collective and an Advisory Board Member of Conscious Capitalism, Inc. and The Responsible Fashion Movement. Prior to these roles, they held senior positions at Guess? and Victoria's Secret, where they served as Chief Design Officer and EVP Design, respectively. Sharleen also had a VP Merchandising role at Victoria's Secret and served as DMM Women's Apparel & Accessories at Armani Exchange and Buyer PL Woven Separates at Henri Bendel earlier in their career.
