Silmi Lathifan

Silmi Lathifan has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Silmi started their career as an HR Assistant Internship at Energizer Holdings in 2016. Silmi then worked as a Talent Acquisition Internship at Mondelēz International, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing candidates. In 2019, they joined PowerSwitch Indonesia as a Talent Acquisition Specialist before moving on to Cogindo DayaBersama as a Recruitment Staff. In 2021, Silmi joined Ruangguru as a Talent Acquisition professional. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Female Daily Network, where they are responsible for acquiring new talents.

Silmi Lathifan attended BINUS University from 2013 to 2017 and obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology, with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
